A few reasons why choosing sustainable fabrics really matters:

👖 Conventional organic cotton demands 2,800 liters of water and numerous chemicals for just one pair of jeans. Our organic cotton requires 80% less water and no chemicals.

🐑 Recycled wool results in a 24x reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared to new wool, explaining our commitment to using recycled fibers.

By developing a big catalog of sustainable materials – and Fair Trade Manufacturing – our goal is to make it easier to make the right choice for the planet and workers.

Explore Our Materials 🧢

We've spent the last five years finding the highest-quality, sustainable materials.

  • Used Coffee Grounds☕️

Used coffee grounds are collected, the oils are removed, and then blended with recycled plastic chips. The result is a high-performance activewear fabric.

  • Recycled Plastic ♻️

Amazing versatality. Great for printing patterns. Soft, breezy, and machine-washable. Made from old plastic bottles.

  • Algae Biomass 🧪

Crushable, packable hat visors with algae-biomass. Algae removes harmful chemicals from air and water. The algae is then dried and transformed into foam.

  • Recycled Trucker Mesh

Made from recycled plastic. Big selection of colors to design a custom trucker cap.

  • Hemp + Organic Cotton Blends

Hemp is an environmental super fiber because it yields 250% more fiber per acre than cotton and requires no pesticides – a great thing for workers, the environment, and your skin.

Hemp is extra durable, hypo-allergenic, breathable in warmer weather, and naturally UV resistant.

  • Hemp + Recycled Plastic Blend

This fabric makes Mother Earth proud: plastic from oceans and landfills is blended with hemp – a super fiber due to its durability, breathability and eco-friendly growing that requires no fresh water and no chemicals.

With their powers combined your cranium will be grateful. And it will also stay dry because this hat is water resistant.

  • Organic Cotton

Non-organic cotton requires 2,800 liters of water to harvest the fibers for just one pair of jeans – plus a ton of chemicals that contaminate waterways and farmland.

Our organic cotton uses 80% less water and no chemicals to harvest.

  • Ramie

Ramie is one of the oldest harvested fabrics. It grows with rainwater, using no freshwater, and requires zero pesticides. The fabric has a textured cross-weave and is lightweight. Great if you want a super soft, unstructured cap.

  • Lyocell

Similar look to cotton, but super soft. Made from tree pulp. Available in tons of colors.

  • Corduroy

Our sustainable corduroy is a warm, medium weight blend of hemp (55%) and organic cotton (45%).

  • Recycled Wool & Tweed

Our wool comes from a social enterprise that provides rural employment to mostly illiterate women who would otherwise have a hard time finding work and achieving financial independence.

Using recycled wool is a 24x reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared to producing new wool.

  • Hemp Fleece

Like sweatpants for your head. Medium weight blend of hemp (55%) and organic cotton (45%). Very soft, almost like fleece.

  • Discarded Apple Peels 🍎

The juicing industry needs the juice, but not the peels. Instead of going to a landfill where they emit methane (a major greenhouse gas) they are re-purposed.

  • Cactus 🌵

Grows with only rainwater, no freshwater needed. Requires no chemicals to harvest. The cacti are left unharmed to enable repeated harvesting of the same plant. Cactus removes CO2 (a greenhouse gas) from the air.
