"I never received my items. I emailed and never got a reply. Then I asked for a refund via the ordering homepage, still no reply and everything has been stuck “under Review”. I then disputed the charge with PayPal - still pending. Not once has the company reached out and helped or acknowledged the problem. No idea how their product is as they don’t help out when it doesn’t arrive."
